The Bluffs is the ideal location for your new apartment home. Nestled in prestigious Pike Creek Valley, The Bluffs offers quiet country living with all the conveniences of city life. Surrounded by woods and public parks, The Bluffs is minutes from the University of Delaware, The Chrysler Corporation, Interstate 95, and downtown Wilmington.
The Bluffs provides its residents with an easy lifestyle of modern convenience. Each spacious apartment comes equipped with its own washer and dryer. The monthly rental fee includes heat and hot water as well as membership in our swim club. Each building is equipped with an intercom entry system to provide controlled access to the buildings and all of the privacy you may require. Individual storage areas and cablevision are available for every resident.
Corporate Apartment Homes
These beautiful apartment homes provide secluded and tranquil living for those corporate team members after a hard days work. Short-term leases are available to allow the flexibility that corporate clients may need. In addition, the apartment home can be furnished upon request with or without a housekeeping package for an additional fee.
At The Bluffs, you can choose from 1 and 2 bedroom units including a deluxe 2-bedroom option. We are a pet friendly complex and allow residents to have a dog or cat under 35 pounds. (No more than 2 pets per household are allowed, and sorry…no exotic pets permitted.)
